Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund. Please note that we do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, untouched, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, you must first email us at service@meksco.com with your order details. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Do not send any items back before contacting us.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing time may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as some transactions take time to post.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is faulty, defective, or not the product you ordered, please contact us at service@meksco.com with photographic proof. If verified, we will refund the cost of the item along with the original postage.

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return approval.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
